Guiding you every step
Production Process
STEP 1: THE CONSULTATION
What is your character type? - We'll first discuss the character type you see yourself playing, and provide you with professional advice using over 30 years of experience directing and producing feature films.
Choosing a scene partner - We discuss some options for you to find the perfect fit.
Booking your slot - We look at the calendar and discuss available shoot dates. Once we receive your deposit, your slot is secured.
STEP 2: SCRIPT / LOCATION / SHOOT DATE
Custom Scene – We work with you to create your custom scene(s) to fit your character type and role(s).
Choose your scene partner - We discuss scene partners in more detail, and how to choose one to fit your scene. Scenes partners are there to enhance your performance. Scene partners are not “featured” in demo scenes. Your scene partner will have two lines maximum, no exceptions, this demo reel scene is YOUR showcase. The purpose of the scene is to spotlight YOU and your acting talent.
Rehearsals – We provide advice on how to study your lines and start rehearsing. It’s important that you connect with the scripts.
STEP 3: PRE-PRODUCTION & LOCATION SELECTION

STEP 4: THE SHOOT
Call Time – It is mandatory, that both you and your scene partner arrive at the location at their given call times. If you arrive late, that time will be deducted from your production time. No Exceptions. Be sure to consider travel time to the shoot location.
Hair and Make Up – You should always arrive Hair & Makeup ready. (We do provide a makeup artist). There is not enough time onset to bring a makeup artist with you.
Production Time – Your entire production, including rehearsals and shooting lasts one hour per scene.
Off Book – You and your scene partner must be off book (know your lines). This will greatly affect your performance, the Directors ability to guide you, and the completion of your scene. Scenes not completed due to an actor or scene partner not knowing their lines may need to be re-booked for another day. Actors will be billed for another shoot date.
STEP 5: POST-PRODUCTION AND VIEWING
Rough Draft - As soon as we’re done filming you, we will organize your scenes and begin the Post-Production process. Based on our expertise we will review the various takes, and edit your scene to feature your best performance.
Viewing – Within 4 to 5 business days, your scene (s) will be ready for viewing.
Rush Scenes - If you need your scene in a rush, please let us know at the time of booking. There is an extra charge of $99 per scene for rush jobs.
